At the twin 22-story Wilshire Comstock high rise in Los Angeles, we first coated the entire exterior with elastomeric in 1999.  The extremely satisfied client asked us back 12 years later to re-coat the building.  We also refinished all of the balconies with stucco, replacing the existing tile, and applied silicone strip to the reveals. Throughout the process, we initiated an extensive swing stage installation to ensure complete access to all surfaces of the towers.  The result was an exceptional waterproofing system properly installed to protect the building for at least 10 years, and a great finished look.

We also coated the exterior of the Shoreham Towers, a high-rise condominium complex in Long Beach, CA, with waterproof elastomerics, giving a fresh, new look to this distinctive tower building.
