CB Richard Ellis needed extensive work on the flooring of their Beverly Hills underground parking garage. After preparing the floor by mechanically stripping the existing coating, we then shot-blasted to remove surface contaminants and created a profile of the substrate to ensure maximum adhesion of the coating. Finally, we removed high spots with specific diamond grinding techniques.

Next, we applied a dense, high-traffic epoxy coating designed to withstand intense traffic, and made to last for 10 years or more. We also applied a sand aggregate to the sloping entrance and exit ramps, in order to provide a safe, non-skid surface.

Finally, we painted the parking stall and handicapped stall markings, as well as the traffic floor signs.
