The Valencia Center Town Parking Garage is representative example of the type of high quality work that we specialize in delivering to our clients.
The Valencia Town Center is a multi-story parking structure with an exposed staircase and multiple parking decks. Our plan for painting and coating the building had to address the exterior stairways and provide a durable coating for the parking decks.
We delivered a top notch job for the Valencia Center's building management team. Not only did we paint the entire exterior of this multi-level structure, we also applied an attractive elastomeric membrane to seal the exterior staircases.
The real challenge came on the driving deck. We had to deliver a parking garage deck coating that could take the usual wear and tear of the weather, cars and foot traffic. Inside we put our highly trained crews to work to prepare the deck surface for a protective coating. On top of those ordinary concerns, the driving deck for the Valencia Town Center also doubles as the roof for the ground floor restaurant. This meant that our coating also had to be leak-proof.
We delivered, and our parking garage deck coating for the Valencia Town Center has not leaked. Period. The management team continues to praise our work years later.
