Maintenance painting programs
After the project, a plan that keeps the facility up: scheduled visits, touch-ups, and recoats before small problems get big.
Overview
A plan that keeps the facility up
Heavy traffic, chemical spills, and corrosion wear coatings down, but you don’t always need a full repaint. A maintenance painting program keeps the work we did for you in good shape, on a schedule and budget set up front.
How we set up your program
We walk the facility with you and list the problem areas. Tasks are scheduled so they don’t interrupt your production, with bigger work timed to shutdowns. You approve the plan and the budget once. After that the program runs until the next planned approval stage.
Work that fits your budget and schedule
The task list rotates through the facility over the year so the work stays inside an established budget, and nothing gets skipped. Larger jobs land in your shutdown periods.
The same crew every visit
A dedicated crew services your facility, so the people doing the work know your building, your staff, and your requirements.

Services
Work a program can cover
How often do you visit?
Annually, quarterly, or more often, depending on the facility and what it goes through. We set the schedule with you when we build the program.
Can we add a program at the end of a current project?
Yes. The best time to set one up is when the project is done and the coatings are new.
Does a program cover floors, steel, and tanks too?
Yes. Interior and exterior paint, floor coatings, structural steel and machinery, corrosion control, and tank exteriors can all go on the task list.
