Commercial interior painters for offices, retail, and hotels

Office interior painting, plus retail stores, hotels, and other buildings people work in and visit. We paint around your hours, so the space stays open.

Overview

Interior painting for places people work, shop, and stay

Offices, stores, and hotels have two things in common. They can’t close for paint, and their walls take a beating from people, carts, and cleaning crews every day. As commercial interior painters, we plan each job around both: when the space is empty, and what each wall has to put up with.

Offices

Lobbies, corridors, conference rooms, open office floors, stairwells, and breakrooms. We usually paint offices at night or on weekends, one floor or suite at a time, so your team comes back to finished rooms instead of drop cloths. Low-odor paints keep the smell out of the rooms next door.

Retail stores and malls

Sales floors, entries, stockrooms, and mall common areas. Crews work after closing or before opening, so customers never shop around a ladder. We’ve painted everything from a single chain store to a full mall, and the crew size and schedule scale to the job.

Hotels

Lobbies, corridors, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas. Hotels never close, so we work one area at a time, keep corridors clear for guests, and use low-odor products near occupied rooms.

Colors and finishes

We match the colors already on your walls or work from your designer’s color schedule. High-traffic walls get a durable, washable finish, and if a lobby or hallway calls for more than paint, we also install wallcovering and decorative finishes.

Tidy, every shift

Floors and furniture are covered, the work area is cleaned up at the end of each shift, and our crews follow your building’s rules. When the job is done, we walk it with you before we call it done.

FAQ

Common questions

More FAQs
How much does it cost to paint an office?

It depends on the square footage, the condition of the walls, how much patching and prep they need, the finish, and when the work has to happen. After a walkthrough we give you a written estimate with the scope and the price. Tell us your budget up front and we’ll plan the work to fit it.

Can you paint our office over a weekend?

Often, yes, for a floor or a suite. Larger offices are painted over several nights or weekends, one area at a time, so your team always has somewhere to work.

Can you paint a store or a hotel while it’s open?

Yes. Stores are painted after closing or before opening. In hotels we work one area at a time, keep corridors clear, and use low-odor products near guest rooms.

Do you move the furniture?

We cover floors, furniture, and fixtures in the work area and put the room back the way we found it. Tell us at the walkthrough if desks, shelving, or displays need to be moved and we’ll plan for it.

Do you paint home interiors?

No. We only do commercial and industrial work.
