Senior living and assisted care painting
Painting and coatings for senior living and assisted care communities.
Overview
Painting for senior living communities
Senior living and assisted care communities are people’s homes, so the work has to be safe, clean, and quiet. Raider Painting is a commercial painting contractor that provides interior and exterior painting, floor coatings, and waterproofing for senior living communities and other commercial buildings that stay occupied while we work.
We protect the comfort and well-being of your residents and staff at every step. Our crews use low-VOC, low-odor paints in occupied areas, keep hallways and exits clear, and schedule the work around resident routines, meal times, and staff needs. The result is a fresh, welcoming, and durable finish with minimal disruption to daily life in your community.
Whether you’re refreshing common areas, updating resident rooms, recoating floors, or waterproofing the building exterior, Raider Painting brings the planning, care, and professionalism that senior living facilities deserve. Contact us today to schedule your assisted living painting project.

Can you work off-hours, nights, weekends, or holidays?
Absolutely! We work around your business’s needs and operational requirements. Our crews can be scheduled during facility shutdowns, between shifts for multi-shift operations, or anytime outside standard hours: nights, weekends, and holidays included. There are no limitations. Just let us know what fits your schedule.
Do you service my area?
Yes. Although our headquarters are in California, we work nationwide, including Hawaii and Alaska. We have crews based throughout the country and regularly mobilize teams to meet the needs of projects nationwide.
How soon can I get a site visit? How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Site visits are typically scheduled within 2–4 days, depending on the urgency and scope of your project. In many cases, we can provide preliminary pricing even faster by using satellite imagery and client-provided photos, allowing us to complete remote assessments when an on-site visit isn’t immediately necessary. Once a site visit is completed, formal written estimates are generally turned around within 1–2 days for straightforward projects, while larger or more complex scopes may require 4–7 days to prepare accurately. Rush estimates are also available Just let us know the urgency and we’ll make it happen!
Do I have to pay for an estimate?
No, estimates are always free. Your estimator will walk through your project details and, in many cases, can share preliminary pricing during your first conversation.
