Government and municipal painting contractors

Painting and coatings for public buildings and infrastructure.

Overview

Painting and coatings for public agencies

Public buildings and infrastructure need coatings that last and a contractor who can handle the paperwork. Raider Painting is a commercial and industrial painting contractor that works on prevailing wage projects and holds an active DIR registration, so your project meets public-sector requirements from bid to completion.

Our public-sector experience includes protective coatings for the Gerald Desmond Bridge replacement project and HVAC fan coatings at a NOAA facility in San Diego. We paint and coat government buildings, structural steel, tanks, and floors, using thorough surface preparation and durable systems built for heavy use and harsh conditions.

We plan every job around the people who use the facility, scheduling work to keep offices, public areas, and operations running with minimal disruption. From a single building to a large infrastructure project, Raider Painting delivers reliable, high-quality results on schedule and on budget.

Is your company union?

No, we are a non-union shop.

Do you service my area?

Yes. Although our headquarters are in California, we work nationwide, including Hawaii and Alaska. We have crews based throughout the country and regularly mobilize teams to meet the needs of projects nationwide.

How soon can I get a site visit? How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Site visits are typically scheduled within 2–4 days, depending on the urgency and scope of your project. In many cases, we can provide preliminary pricing even faster by using satellite imagery and client-provided photos, allowing us to complete remote assessments when an on-site visit isn’t immediately necessary. Once a site visit is completed, formal written estimates are generally turned around within 1–2 days for straightforward projects, while larger or more complex scopes may require 4–7 days to prepare accurately. Rush estimates are also available Just let us know the urgency and we’ll make it happen!
