Elastomeric Painting Advantages
Elastomeric painting offers several advantages over the lifespan of a facility. Elastomeric paints, as the name implies, stretch. In most cases, offering 100% elongation. The flexibility of elastomeric paints also gives the coating considerable resistance to cracking.
Elastomeric painting can even seal pre-existing cracks in a building's façade. The stretchy paints can also reduce the amount of heat transfer that occurs between the outside and inside of a structure. Although concrete masonry and cement are the most common surfaces that receive elastomeric painting, many types of metal can also be coated with the flexible paint.

The challenging part of the project was sealing the parking garage deck which served double-duty as a roof for a restaurant.
