This established client hired Raider to refurbish one of the hotel’s kitchen floors. First, we demoed the existing sheet vinyl previously applied to the 4,300 sq. ft. floor. Next, we prepared the surface with a diamond grind to prepare the substrate for coating and applied epoxy patch to any existing cracks. We then applied a base coat of Neogard 70714/70715 epoxy at 150sf/gal. and broadcast a color quartz to refusal. A final finish coat of Neogard 70714/70715 epoxy at 200sf/gal was applied. We also built an integral cove base around the room to comply with local code.
“I have been using Raider Painting for the last 10 years and have worked with them on many projects from the resorts I have worked and they have been a subcontractor for me with my own General Contracting company. We have done scope of work from Painting, Wallpaper, drywall, framing, new flooring from kitchens to laundry, waterproofing, and TI improvements. The reason why I continue to use them they are a solid company they are very good to work, responsive, no issues with their employees and easy to get a hold of if an issue arises. I would highly recommend them.”
