Accu Machine Inc. provides tactical manufacturing services, assembly and testing for mechanical and electromechanical assemblies to the medical, communications, transportation and security industries. They needed a high performance epoxy floor coating to withstand the heavy foot & equipment traffic, corrosive chemicals and daily demands of their busy manufacturing facility. We were called in after a sub-par floor coating had failed, within just 6 months of application. We removed the existing coating, cleaned the substrate to remove any containment and prepped the surface for maximum adhesion. Finally, we applied several coats of epoxy and a polyurethane top coat to add further protection of the coating and substrate to ensure longevity.
